History of this house located in the most historical part of the Prague Old Town, on the King's Road, dates back to the 14th century. Our reconstruction respected its historical context that connects the courtyard with two gothic floors with wooden ceilings to the baroque details of the faćade that has been extended with the atrium and the attic during Prague Art Nouveau period.

The building has been completely renovated and equipped with all high-tech facilities necessary for modern top quality offices.

The project was awarded in category of office developments as "The Best of Realty", in Prague, Czech Republic.
